At the start of the year, marketing teams were drowning in complexity. The agent ecosystem includes an abundance of AI agents designed to work together in lock step. To name a few, the AI Brand Kit agent instantly applies your business's brand identity across all content, the AI Suggested Segments agent identifies high-value customer segments you should target, the AI Campaign Builder agent generates, edits, and updates tailored campaigns from a single prompt, and Predictive Sending optimizes send times at the contact level to ensure your emails land when they'll drive the most engagement.

Active Intelligence launched first to Pro and Enterprise tiers in May, then opened to all admin accounts on all plans in October 2025.

We rebuilt our Partner Portal
Beyond our flagship launches, 2025 brought dozens of improvements. In October, we revitalized the Partner Portal with modernized navigation, advanced filtering, significantly faster loading times, and holistic client views with essential data points consolidated into clear columns.

The #1 most requested feature from your clients landed in September: SMS Inbox with two-way messaging. When someone texts back to your client's marketing message, it means they're engaged, asking questions, and showing intent to buy. Now your clients can actually respond—and you can help them turn those conversations into conversions.

This year, we brought together a group of tech and agency partners for an in-person Partner Summit at our Chicago office. This wasn’t a one-way presentation—it was an intensive collaboration where partners shared honest feedback on our partner program, discussed challenges and opportunities, and had direct conversations with ActiveCampaign leadership about the future of our ecosystem.

BlueLena drove $15M+ in reader revenue
BlueLena serves as the "back office for newsrooms," helping independent community news organizations build sustainable reader revenue models. Sam Bennett, VP of Operations, takes an elegantly simple approach: "To work with BlueLena is to adopt ActiveCampaign."
The breakthrough: BlueLena's publishers generated more than $15 million in reader revenue in 2025 alone using ActiveCampaign's segmentation and their proprietary "BlueDepth scoring" system. This combines engagement metrics with wealth and demographic data to identify readers most likely to support journalism—and at what level.

- Montana Free Press saw a 25% increase in reader revenue by targeting mid-level donors, generating $136,000 in new revenue that funded nearly 1,000 stories and enabled hiring a data journalist.
