About our research

UserEvidence surveyed 456 ActiveCampaign customers with accounts that have been active for at least 45 days. The survey was commissioned by ActiveCampaign and conducted online in English by UserEvidence between September 4 and September 19, 2025. Survey participants were given an opportunity to win a $50 USD gift card upon completion. Unless otherwise noted, all data and statistics presented in this report are derived from this survey.
