Reward Contact on Feedback Submission

Asking contacts for feedback is a great way to build your business. But are you offering your contacts something in return?

By offering a small reward for contacts to provide feedback, you can run a great feedback campaign. Feedback is a powerful tool for your team. It allows you to know what contacts love about your product, pain points others may also be struggling with, and can help determine the next iteration or update to your product. Offering a small discount for this valuable feedback is a great way to build repeat engagement and turn customers into advocates.

This automation sends out two emails to a contact after they fill out your feedback form. The first email delivers the promised reward, then after a small wait the second email can be another small surprise or an engagement point to keep the conversation going.

Here's how this automation works:
1. The contact enters the automation when they submit your feedback form.
2. The contact is sent an email delivering the promised reward.
3. The contact waits for 7 days at a wait step.
4. The contact then receives a second email.

Note: In our example, we used a feedback form for highly engaged users and then used the second email to send them discount codes to share with their network. Feel free to customize this to your own audience and the segment you would like to target.
