This automation sends out two emails to a contact after they fill out your feedback form. The first email delivers the promised reward, then after a small wait the second email can be another small surprise or an engagement point to keep the conversation going.
Here's how this automation works:
1. The contact enters the automation when they submit your feedback form.
2. The contact is sent an email delivering the promised reward.
3. The contact waits for 7 days at a wait step.
4. The contact then receives a second email.
Note: In our example, we used a feedback form for highly engaged users and then used the second email to send them discount codes to share with their network. Feel free to customize this to your own audience and the segment you would like to target.
