Here's how this automation works:
1. The contact enters the automation when they make a purchase from your specified ecommerce store.
2. The contact waits for 60 days in a wait step. Feel free to adjust this wait step to what makes sense to your business.
3. The contact then moves onto an If/Else action that checks the ecommerce field "total orders" to see if it is greater than 1.
4. If Yes, the contact exits the automation.
5. If No, then the contact is sent a re-engagement campaign to drive another purchase.
