A repeat customer! Any purchases are a great boon to the company selling their product or service, but having a loyal customer base that you can count on helps you start to plan out your business' future. Building a good win back sequence is vital to not just operating your business, but setting it up for success.

This automation uses our powerful Deep Data integrations with ecommerce services like Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, and BigCommerce to track when customers make a purchase and send them a re-engagement email if they don't make another purchase within a set time frame.

Here's how this automation works:

1. The contact enters the automation when they make a purchase from your specified ecommerce store.
2. The contact waits for 60 days in a wait step. Feel free to adjust this wait step to what makes sense to your business.
3. The contact then moves onto an If/Else action that checks the ecommerce field "total orders" to see if it is greater than 1.
4. If Yes, the contact exits the automation.
5. If No, then the contact is sent a re-engagement campaign to drive another purchase.
