CallRail: Deal Creation on Inbound Call
You get a sales call, you take notes during the call, then you spend precious time after the call updating this contact’s information into a deal so you can track it in your CRM. Seems familiar, right? Well, this automation automates the process of creating a deal from a call, allowing you to stay present and engaged with your deal.
Before importing, set up your CallRail custom object shcema. This automation checks if a contact has a deal after a CallRail call is made. If they don’t have a deal, then a record is created for them with the parameters you have set up.
Here’s how CallRail: Deal Creation on Inbound Call works:
1. The automation is triggered when a CallRail call is finished.
2. The contact arrives at an If/Else to check if the contact has an open deal record.
3. If yes, the contact goes down the Yes path and exits the automation.
4. If no, the contact goes down the No path and arrives at a create deal action, having a deal record created for them.
