Survicate: Send an NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey when someone buys from you

- NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys is a great way to predict repurchases and referrals
- It asks people who've received your item or service how likely they'd be to recommend on a scale of 0 to 10, with 0 being extremely unlikely and 10 very likely
- With this automation, you can send an NPS survey to someone who bought from you to measure their satisfaction with the recent purchase or all experiences they've had with your brand.

You need:
- An account with Survicate so you can create the NPS survey. You can create a free account at

1. Adjust the trigger so that the automation begins when someone buys from your Shopify, WooCommerce or other ship
2. Adjust the copy of the NPS email and create your own NPS survey so you can embed it into the email.
