Postmark + Mollie: Refund Processed Notification
Handling refunds correctly can go a long way in creating a great customer experience. If you frustrate a contact during this process, they’re unlikely to come back to you for another purchase. But by sending an email letting the contact know that their refund has been processed and when to expect it, you create an easy experience for your customers.
This automation is triggered when a “refund refunded” event is recorded by Mollie. The contact is then sent an email from Postmark. Before importing this recipe, you’ll need to integrate your Postmark account, integrate your Mollie account, and design your email campaign in the Templates section of ActiveCampaign.
Here’s how Postmark + Mollie: Refund Processed Notification works:
1. The contact enters the automation when a “refund refunded” notification is sent from Mollie.
2. The contact arrives at a “Send a transactional email” step and is sent a transactional email.
3. The contact exits the automation.
