Hello again, and welcome back to another ActiveCampaign tutorial. I am Guillermo from the Education team, and in today's video, I'm going to show you how you can connect your favorite tools with ActiveCampaign using its native integrations. With an easy setup, you can streamline data flow and automate tasks that usually require manual updates. Now if you feel ready, open your account, and let's get started.
From your main dashboard, you're going to click into the left-hand side menu, and you're going to go into the Apps section. In this section, you'll be able to find all the over 900 integrations that ActiveCampaign offers. For the purpose of this video, we're going to use one of the apps as an example, and the chosen one is going to be one of our most popular ones, Calendly.
Once you find the app that you want to integrate, you're going to click into it and you'll be brought into a new page where you'll be able to find more details about that integration and also a help doc at the bottom of the page with the step-by-step on how you can make that integration happen. On the right-hand side at the very top, you'll be able to find a button with "Add an account."

All our native integrations possess that button. Once you click into the button "Add an Account," you'll be prompted to log in to the software that you want to connect to your ActiveCampaign to grant access to the data that you're collecting from the software.
Once you connect to your account, the next step is going to be selecting the events that you want to attach to your ActiveCampaign account. It's going to pop up a list of all the events that you have saved into your Calendly account. To complete the process, make sure that you are mapping the fields that you're collecting on Calendly to the fields that you have in ActiveCampaign, so the sync of data is accurate.
Once you finish the process, you'll be able to see your account connected. There you'll be able to find the events that you have attached to the profile and also the tags that are going to be added to your contacts once they book those meetings.

Now that you've synced the data from the software into ActiveCampaign, you can take advantage of it and implement that into your workflow. You can use that to trigger automations and also in the segment builder for your campaigns.
With ActiveCampaign's native integrations, like the one you just did with Calendly, you can streamline workflows and ensure timely and relevant communication with your leads and clients. This is just one example of how powerful native integrations can be, so be sure to explore more options in the Apps tab.
