Drive the web strategy and corresponding initiatives to ensure our digital experiences offer a compelling and intuitive experience for the entire customer journey to achieve brand, revenue and adoption goals.Work in direct partnership with creative, product marketing, and growth teams to drive continuous optimizations and a best-in-class customer experience across all AC digital footprints.Drive cross-functional partnership and collaboration to ensure site roadmaps and plans are in direct alignment with our marketing strategies, programs, and plans.Manage our full website tech stack, ensuring continuous uptime and best-in-class performance for our global audience.Creatively leverage AI tools and processes internally for code, solutioning and productivity improvements and externally for creating a richer, more personalized user experience.Directly lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and product manager(s), fostering their professional growth and technical excellence.Work with marketing leaders, creative, and product marketing to develop and implement experience strategies and programs that help ActiveCampaign achieve their growth and performance goals.Drive the strategy and roadmap plan for continuous releases and launches, maintaining a high velocity of innovation.Directly partner with marketing and product to effectively design and optimize our GTM processes and operations to drive improved performance throughout our site experiences.Partner closely with Engineering, Security, and Billing teams to ensure our overall site and e-commerce experience is secure, seamless, and best-in-class.The ideal candidate will bring:
10+ years of hands-on experience in marketing or a related field, with the majority of that time dedicated to web experience management.8+ years of proven people leadership experience, specifically leading and developing high-performing technical and creative teams.Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth technology companies; you understand the unique digital dynamics and "always-on" nature of our industry.Global site management expertise, including experience managing multi-language and multi-country web properties. Direct experience with high-performing e-commerce or PLG (Product-Led Growth) environments, with a strong focus on driving conversion throughout the funnel.Deep technical understanding and usage for creating and optimizing high-performing websites, including modern CMS experience like Wordpress, Craft and a proven track record of building in modern PHP or JavaScript. Extensive and robust tech stack management experience, with the ability to oversee complex integrations and web architecture.Superb communication skills across all mediums and levels of the organization, with the talent to distill complex technical roadmaps into clear strategic insights.A proven track record in planning, developing, and executing complex roadmaps and rigorous A/B testing plans.A mentality of continuous optimization, growth, and performance that you instill both within your direct team and across the broader organization.MarTech or adjacent industry experience is highly preferred, giving you a head start on understanding our product's value proposition.Compensation:
