All new employees participate in an inclusion-focused onboarding experience, and we require all managers to complete a series of interactive training focused on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
All employees have access to a library of resources that builds knowledge, drives action, and creates meaningful dialogue related to DEI at ActiveCampaign.

84%
of employees feel like they belong
89%
of employees feel they are treated fairly
86%
of employees feel they can be their authentic selves at work
In addition to our employees feeling like they belong, it's also important the team sees themselves reflected in our leadership team

At ActiveCampaign, ERGs encourage the sharing of life experiences with people who are able to understand and relate to your story. It allows a safe space for people to discuss topics that are important to them and I find that incredibly empowering.

Being a working mum is definitely a challenge, even more so if you lead a team. The wonderful group of momsofAC is a safe place where we can truly bring our authentic self to work. We can chat and get and give advice on work-life balance, on parenting, share our challenges and feel heard.

ActiveCampaign has made me rethink the workplace. It’s not just a place where you get work done – it’s also a place where you grow as a person. We value hard work but value people more.

A company with an overt focus on DEI is new to me, but I am grateful for it. It’s increased visibility of the diverse network of people that work here – and has helped me meet new people in a new city.
