What systems can I migrate from?
We can migrate data from most major email and marketing platforms, including Mailchimp, HubSpot, Keap, Salesforce, and more. Our team will review your current platform and provide a seamless migration plan.
How long does onboarding take?
Most live, 1:1 onboarding sessions are 60 minutes. The entire onboarding process is designed to get you live in your first week, with ongoing support from our team and resources.
What’s the cost?
Live, 1:1 onboarding is included free with all paid ActiveCampaign plans. To see which plan is right for you, view our Pricing page.
How does data migration work? What’s included in free migration?
The process
If you’re moving from another email and marketing automation platform, we’ll make sure that your most important data is fully imported into ActiveCampaign. We can also help you migrate contacts from multiple products, if needed.If you prefer, you can perform your own migration and upload your own data to your ActiveCampaign account.
Eligible items (“objects”)
For free, you can migrate up to 10 “objects.”
An object is an individual component of your account, such as a contact lists, a form, or an automation. Your free migration includes up to 10 objects. See a full list of what’s included and excluded here.
If you have more than 10 items that you want to migrate, you can import more data into your ActiveCampaign account once the official migration is complete.
Migration exclusions
We are unable to migrate the following:
- Action steps within automations that do not have a matching function in ActiveCampaign
- Any data that is not associated with a unique email address
- Custom fonts or fonts not supported by ActiveCampaign’s drag-and-drop builders
- Event and Activity/Email History
- External coding
- Lead scoring
- Logos or design recreations that would require the use of an external design software
- Media libraries
- Specific placement of contacts within an automation
- Reporting data
- Tasks and notes
