Bringing real customer voices into product strategy
As we enter the third year of ActiveCampaign’s Customer Advisory Board (CAB), we're doubling down on a program that brings customer insight directly into our product strategy. Our CAB members have helped shape hundreds of improvements to our platform, many now essential to how thousands of businesses use ActiveCampaign every day. Their input pushes us to build better, move faster, and stay focused on what matters most to our customers.
We’re excited to welcome our new cohort of CAB members, with a mix of returning voices and new perspectives. For those unfamiliar, our CAB is made up of some of our most engaged customers and partners across regions, industries, and company sizes. Members provide feedback, share ideas, and help influence our roadmap and customer experience. This year, we’re also introducing a Partner Advisory Subcommittee, a dedicated space for partners to share feedback and help guide how we support and grow our partner ecosystem.
Our CAB meets regularly with our leadership and broader team, and they are given opportunities to test new features and bring critical insights into our customer journey. This year’s cohort brings deep platform expertise and represents industries including education, technology, finance, marketing, e-commerce, media, healthcare, agencies, nonprofit, and more. They’ll play a key role in shaping what’s next for ActiveCampaign, and we’re excited to keep building alongside this group!
