ActiveCampaign, the leader in Customer Experience Automation (CXA), closed out 2021 with 200% employee count growth, a significant milestone for any global company. Heading into 2022, the company is investing heavily in expanding its employee, partner and customer ecosystem in LATAM by establishing its physical presence in the region.
ActiveCampaign is opening its first hub in Latin America in Florianopolis, Brazil this quarter, which follows the company’s commitment to investing in both Brazil and the greater LATAM region. Florianopolis was selected because of the combined high concentration of talent, entrepreneurs and strong tech ecosystem. The hub will be at Primavera Office, where many local tech start-ups are based. ActiveCampaign anticipates hiring up to thirty employees during the first half of 2022 that will report into this hub.
Part of ActiveCampaign’s physical expansion includes a strong commitment to creating jobs for Latin Americans this year. In 2021 alone, the company celebrated surpassing 1,000 employees worldwide, with the new LATAM team envisioned as a large part of ActiveCampaign's continuing growth. ActiveCampaign’s hiring boom in general can be attributed to the company’s dynamic package of total perks and benefits, which includes equity for all employees, open paid time off, a quarterly work from home stipend, a one-month sabbatical for employees approaching their five year anniversary and more.
ActiveCampaign has experienced tremendous growth in other areas across LATAM this year as well, with highlights including:
- Localizing the platform and content beyond English to the most widely-used languages in LATAM, Portuguese and Spanish. This investment in localization speaks to ActiveCampaign’s commitment to customer success around the world.
- Saving customers an average of 20 hours per month using ActiveCampaign’s automations tools, which means these customers can spend more time building 1:1 relationships with their customers and ultimately powering their growth, which proves the power of ActiveCampaign CXA.
- Securing $240 million in funding at a valuation of over $3 billion, making it one of the most valuable private SaaS companies in the world.
