People
As the Senior Manager, HR Systems, you will be the strategic architect and guardian of our global Workday ecosystem. We are looking for a hands-on leader to ensure our technology stack scales seamlessly with our growth while driving cross-functional alignment between internal partners and external consultants. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring our HRIS roadmap directly supports the company’s broader vision.
On a typical day, you might:
Lead and mentor a small team of HRIS professionals, providing the daily technical guidance and career pathing necessary to foster their professional growth.
Act as a strategic partner and primary liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal, ensuring our HR technology stack is perfectly aligned with broader company initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement of the Workday HCM suite, including Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Performance, and Advanced Compensation to optimize the overall employee lifecycle.
Oversee the reporting strategy by architecting complex dashboards and advanced analytics that provide leadership with actionable insights into workforce trends.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process bottlenecks and implement automated Workday Business Processes (BPs) that increase global efficiency.
Establish and maintain rigorous data integrity standards, security protocols, and system audit procedures to ensure world-class governance.
Lead large-scale implementation projects, managing everything from initial requirements gathering to global User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Own the HR technology roadmap, defining a long-term strategy that prioritizes Workday feature releases and the seamless integration of third-party systems.
The ideal candidate will bring:
8–10+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS/HR Systems, with a deep focus on driving system scalability in fast-paced environments.
5+ years of deep Workday experience, specifically in configuration of the following functional areas: HCM, LMS, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation and Talent/Performance, and all types of integrations. Workday Pro certifications in any of these areas are a plus.
3+ years of proven people management experience, with a track record of building, sustaining, and developing high-performing technical teams.
Expert-level communication skills, with the unique ability to talk API integrations with IT in the morning and present a strategic roadmap to the CHRO in the afternoon.
A methodical problem-solving approach to troubleshooting complex system errors and integration failures, ensuring minimal disruption to global operations.
Exceptional agility and the ability to thrive in an evolving environment where you must translate "tech-speak" into clear, actionable insights for non-technical users.
