This automation will help you generate more reviews.
First an email is sent out, asking for a rating of 1-5 stars (which can be selected by clicking a link).
If they select "5 stars", they receive a follow-up email asking if they would be willing to review you on a review site (Yelp, Google+, etc.)
This way you are only asking customers for reviews who are truly happy and you know will leave a good review.
