About Me

I started in industrial sales, where nobody cared about brand experience. They cared about solving a problem. That taught me the thing that still shapes every system I build: you have to understand where the customer actually is before you design anything around them. I moved into marketing and spent years building lead scoring systems and lifecycle strategy layered around real customer behavior at Staubli, then redesigning how Milliken's campaigns were informed by engagement data. When I went out on my own, I saw the same gap everywhere: companies misunderstood what marketing actually is, with no systems in place to support a more complex strategy. Because I love helping people learn and don't want to gatekeep strategic marketing, I developed a two-prong approach so every company can build a system that works for them.
