SVP of Global New Business and Growth
John Lamphiere leads ActiveCampaign’s global New Business and Growth teams. This is a multi-functional role with responsibility to lead strategy and new business development through the entire inbound funnel, as well as outbound, to acquire new direct customers and channel partners. He also oversees the growth of our partner and direct ecosystem.
John holds 30 years of leadership experience, having previously been VP of Glassdoor’s international business with responsibility for business expansion of both the B2C and B2B business. Prior to this, John was Managing Director of Quantcast International’s HQ in Dublin and Director of the Global SMB and Operations after a two-year stint where he led the international sales teams. Prior to joining Quantcast, John was a Regional Director at Facebook EMEA for more than 5 years.
The combination of these experiences across Commercial, Operational, Consumer and Community, as well as Product and technical teams in a number of sectors, gives John a unique perspective and insights that enable ActiveCampaign’s new business opportunities to prosper and grow.
