Chief Product Officer

Chai Atreya is the Chief Product Officer at ActiveCampaign, where he leads the company’s product strategy and vision during a pivotal phase of rapid growth and innovation. With a deep background in AI, analytics, and SaaS, Chai brings over two decades of experience building and scaling enterprise products that drive customer value.

Prior to ActiveCampaign, Chai served as VP of AI, Analytics, and Cloud at Alteryx, where he led a global team of 350+ and drove the company’s evolution into a modern, AI-powered analytics platform. His previous roles include Senior Director of AI Products at Teradata and  senior engineering and leadership positions at Amazon and Adobe. At Adobe, he was part of the Adobe Marketing Cloud team, contributing to foundational innovations that empowered digital marketing at scale. He was also a founding member of the Amazon Alexa and Echo product lines.

Chai holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, Master’s in Computer Science from Columbia University, and Bachelor’s in Computer Science from VTU. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he is passionate about building customer-centric products, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships, and helping teams push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.
