Money Back Guaran­tee Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) apply to any refund claims made in connection with the ActiveCampaign, LLC (“ActiveCampaign”) 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Capitalized terms used but otherwise undefined below have the meaning set forth in the ActiveCampaign Terms of Service (the “ActiveCampaign Terms”). As used in these Promotion Terms, “Customer” means an individual, company, or other legal entity that registers for a paid subscription to the ActiveCampaign Services during the Promotion Window (as defined in Section 2 below).

1. Description of Promotion. Customers that meet all Eligibility Requirements in Section 3 of these Promotion Terms may, during the Promotion Window, terminate their paid subscription to the Services, and obtain a refund of all subscription fees received by ActiveCampaign, within the first 30 days of their paid subscription (the “Promotion”), subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. The Promotion only applies to the first time Customer purchases a subscription for the Services and is not valid for subsequent purchases.
2. Promotion Window. The Promotion will begin on February 1, 2026 and will end on the Termination Date as defined below (the “Promotion Window”). ActiveCampaign reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time, in its sole discretion, and will post the final date on which Customers will be eligible to participate in the Promotion at the top of this page when it occurs (the “Termination Date”). No refund claims made in connection with the Promotion will be accepted by ActiveCampaign after the Termination Date.
3. Eligibility Requirements. Customer, including for the purposes of this Section 3  such Customer’s parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, may be eligible for the Promotion only when all of the following conditions (collectively, the “Eligibility Requirements”) are met:
   1. Customer meets all eligibility requirements to use the Services in accordance with the ActiveCampaign Terms;
   2. Customer is not a current or former paid subscriber of the ActiveCampaign Services, either through ActiveCampaign directly or any third party;
   3. Customer is not a current or former employee, contractor or consultant of ActiveCampaign or its subsidiaries, or a family member of such individual; and
   4. Customer has made a refund claim in compliance with the process set out in Section 5.
4. Promotion Exclusions. The Promotion is valid for payments due upon receipt only. In addition, the Promotion does not apply to and no refund will be provided with respect to:
   1. One-time purchases under Section 6.3 of the ActiveCampaign Terms;
   2. SMS credits including, without limitation, any recurring subscription to such credits;
   3. WhatsApp credits including, without limitation, any recurring subscription to such credits;
   4. Subscriptions to ActiveCampaign HQ and related services;
   5. Any Customer that violates, or that ActiveCampaign suspects is in violation of, these Promotion Terms or the ActiveCampaign Terms (including, without limitation, any policies which are referenced by it);
   6. Any Customer that elects to pause its subscription under Section 6.2 of the ActiveCampaign Terms;
   7. Any Customer whose access to or use of the Services is suspended or terminated by ActiveCampaign;
   8. Any Customer that is or becomes a subscriber of the ActiveCampaign Services through a third party;
   9. Any Customer that fails to provide evidence to ActiveCampaign’s satisfaction of their eligibility to participate in the Promotion;
   10. Any Customer that disputes or files a chargeback for the payment made to ActiveCampaign; and
   11. Any Customer that engages in: (i) deceptive, fraudulent or misleading conduct; (ii) behavior that ActiveCampaign determines in its sole discretion to be inappropriate, offensive, disruptive, or otherwise related to manipulating the Promotion; or (iii) conduct that disrupts or otherwise fails to comply with ActiveCampaign’s instructions with respect to the Promotion.
       
       The Promotion may not be combined with or applied to any other promotions or special offers, except as otherwise approved by ActiveCampaign in its sole discretion. 
       
5. Refund Process. To receive a refund in connection with the Promotion, Customer must first cancel its subscription by following the instructions set out in this link and then request a refund via ActiveCampaign’s support ticket system.  Customer must refer to the ActiveCampaign 30-Day Money Back Guarantee in the request. Customer must complete the cancellation of its subscription within 30 days following the date of purchase of Customer’s subscription to the Services. Any cancellation that Customer does not fully complete and submit a refund request for before the expiration of the 30-day period will not be eligible for any refund in connection with the Promotion. All refunds will be processed in the currency invoiced for Customer’s subscription.
6. General. Any refunds in connection with the Promotion are made at the sole discretion of ActiveCampaign. Void where prohibited. These Promotion Terms are to be read in conjunction with, and do not limit or otherwise restrict in any manner ActiveCampaign’s rights or Customer’s obligations pursuant to the ActiveCampaign Terms. By participating in the Promotion, Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Services are provided by ActiveCampaign, LLC, a United States company, and are governed by the jurisdiction and venue set forth in the ActiveCampaign Terms. Subject to Customer’s right to refund at the time of first purchase under these Promotion Terms, these Promotion Terms may be amended, modified, adjusted, or otherwise updated, in whole or in part, by ActiveCampaign at any time in its sole discretion without notice. A failure by ActiveCampaign to enforce any of the terms and conditions of these Promotion Terms or the ActiveCampaign Terms in any instance will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any Customer, nor shall it be deemed a waiver of any of ActiveCampaign’s rights in relation to the same. To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Promotion Terms do not create any additional warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Services, their performance, or any outcomes, and all conditions, warranties, and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. The section titles in these Promotion Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. In the event that any provision of these Promotion Terms are held to be illegal, invalid, void, or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue in full force and effect. Subject to the foregoing provisions in this Section 6, these Promotion Terms supersede any and all prior agreements and understandings regarding the Promotion.
