With our Custom Training program, you can schedule a private, personalized training package with an ActiveCampaign expert and gain a customized understanding of how to use your account for your unique business needs.
What is the ActiveCampaign Custom Training program?
The Custom Training program offers you and your team an opportunity to spend quality time with an ActiveCampaign expert, who will educate and empower you to utilize the platform in new ways that will help your business grow. With two different training packages available, you can choose whether to spend a half day or full day leveling up your knowledge of the platform, selecting from a menu of topics that are most important to you and your business. The training program will be specific to your business’s use case, and you’ll take away valuable training materials as well, including a customized training presentation and workbook!

Depending on the package you choose, you will be able to select from a menu of topics, customized to your business’s needs and use case. Training topics can include:

What does Custom Training include?
We offer 2 different Custom Training packages so that you can choose the perfect option for your team.
Half day training
When you choose our $2000 USD Half Day Training package, you will receive the following:
- 1‑hour Zoom kickoff call with an ActiveCampaign Specialist to plan your training curriculum
- 4‑hour virtual training session for up to 3 team members, on your choice of topics and tailored to your business’s use case (includes time for breaks, activities, and Q&A)
- Customized training materials, including a personalized slide deck and a 5 page custom workbook
Full day training
When you choose our $3000 USD Full Day Training package, you will receive the following:
- 1‑hour Zoom kickoff call with an ActiveCampaign Specialist to plan your Custom Training curriculum
- 1 additional 30-minute planning call as needed
- 8‑hour virtual Custom Training session for up to 10 team members, on your choice of topics and tailored to your business’s use case (includes time for breaks, activities, and Q&A)
- Customized training materials, including a personalized slide deck and a 15 page custom workbook
- 1‑hour follow up call to address any outstanding questions after training has been completed
