We offer 3 days of Volunteering Time Off (VTO) to our employees — and encourage using them.
As a company, we organize initiatives such as toy drives, cook-offs, and more to raise money and awareness.

This probably isn’t your top priority right now, but we want you to know what will happen when we can all come together again. ActiveCampaign plans to support employees who work from home or are in remote locations even beyond the current pandemic situation, but we also plan to keep regional hubs where employees can come together to learn, work and grow. This means we’ll have somewhere to come together that will accommodate our team members that visit the office every day as well as those who only visit once in a while.
And our offices are pretty great! Each of our offices host lunch every day, provide endless snacks, and cold brew coffee on tap. And our headquarters provides a full coffee bar staffed with baristas, a full training and development center, a game room, a fitness center, and more.
