Before ActiveCampaign I used a separate CRM (Nutshell) and mailing program (MailChimp). The greatest challenge to meeting goals was juggling the sections of my business – content recruitment, communications with learners, and income generation through advertising and affiliate sales.

Getting started tips

The ActiveCampaign Deals feature is really flexible. I use it to track our onboarding Content Experts and progress with advertisers and affiliates. AC made my work easier. By taking one database out of the equation, it allowed all three portions of my business to talk to each other. Many of my contacts cross over at least two, sometimes all three portions of my business. Now I am able to see my work with them all in one place. Plus, it’s much easier for my staff to update information because we are using one database.

Why We Love ActiveCampaign

Two things. First, one database! No more searching another program to see if someone in our CRM is getting our mailings! Second, we’ve eliminated other apps because AC has the functionality they had. My database has been increasing each month that I’ve been on AC – in fact, so much that I’ve had to go up another level of Active contacts.
