How does the Shopify post-purchase accessory upsell automation work?

1. The automation triggers when a contact makes a purchase through your Shopify store.
2. The automation waits for a set period of time (which you can adjust) between the time of purchase and when the upsell campaign sends. This short wait time is to see if the contact didn't include the additional accessory in the original purchase.
3. The automation moves the contact into the "IF/ELSE" condition to see whether the contact has bought both the product and the accessory product.
4. If the contact didn't buy the accessory from your Shopify store, the automation takes them down the "Yes" path to receive the upsell email incentivizing the accessory upsell. If they already bought the accessory, the automation ends.

NOTE: You can segment from the start trigger if you want your contacts to meet other conditions.
