A design improvement to how your CRM deals are displayed
Your Deals will now display the Account name if there isn’t a contact associated with a Deal. Previously Deals displayed “Unknown” if a contact wasn’t associated; this was inconsistent with the display if an Account was not associated with a Deal
Better filter your segments by Attribution criteria
The ability to filter segments by your chosen attribution criteria has been enhanced to perform better.
Improved deal task outcomes on the mobile app to keep your sales aligned
If you have deal task outcomes enabled in the web platform, completing any deal task via Android or iOS will first require an outcome to be selected. Once that task is marked complete, the outcome result and any additional information added by the user will be visible from the activity feed.
