In the segmentation builder, you can now discover email activity windows when segmenting various email conditions for campaigns and 1:1 emails.
This means you can segment with the context of if and when an interaction took place as it relates to email activity conditions (e.g. opens, clicks, replies, etc).
This provides the insight you need to:
- Optimize your segmentation strategy for better deliverability
- Drive deeper contact engagement
- Increase message relevancy
