Reduce the bounce rate of your leads using the new Abandoned Cart Block in the Email Designer

Reduce the bounce rate of your leads who reach the order form page but don’t complete the purchase. With the Abandoned Cart Block automation, you re-engage and potentially recover customers before they fall out of the sales funnel. We made some recent enhancements with the abandoned cart automation in the New Email Designer.

New enhancement includes:

  • A quicker build experience, seamlessly drag and drop into the new email designer
  • Ability to update the call-to-action (CTA) button to create a custom redirect
  • New Abandoned Cart Block provides greater flexibility with design:
    • Edit font styles, colors, and size
    • An option to include an icon into the CTA button

To access the new Abandoned Cart Block in the New Email Designer follow these steps:

  1. Create an Abandoned Cart automation
  2. Send an email action
  3. Create a new email
  4. Select Early Access Email Designer
  5. Drag and Drop the Abandoned Cart Block
  6. Edit the number of abandoned items shown on the email
  7. Edit font styles, colors, and size
  8. Update the CTA block to change text, design, and redirect. (New space for icons on the CTA button)
