Reference two new ways to measure campaign openings in customer reporting. Dive into a deeper understanding of a campaign to understand your audience and drive better decisions around engagement. Measure by:
- Unique Apple Privacy Opens: any open by a contact for a campaign that has been identified as stemming from the Apple Mail Privacy feature on iOS.
- Unique Verified Opens: opens that are recorded for contacts that are not identified as related to Apple Privacy enabled devices.
This feature is available for all customers on the enterprise plan. Only data from 10/1/2022 and beyond are supported, any campaigns sent before this period will not be included in the results.
