Session 1 - Successful Contact Management: Customer Experience Map (2 hours)

You’ll learn how to communicate with your contacts via email campaigns and automations — and how creating valuable content and communications can drive relationship building and organic sales.

Session 3 - Know Your Customer: Cultivating Sales & Advocacy (2 hour)
In the final session, you’ll learn about the insights and productivity your teams can get from a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. You’ll also get a dive into the benefits of using pipelines and contact scoring — tools that help you target each of your audiences at every single step of your Customer Experiences.
