With ActiveCampaign’s Email Marketing software, you have the ability to setup the software to send a notification to you when a subscriber subscribes or unsubscribes. This article will instruct you on how to set up this feature.
To start, go to the Lists page by clicking on the lists tab. On the left side of the List Name you will see an Edit link. Click the Edit link for the list you wish to setup the notification for.
You will then be taken to the List Info page. Locate the “Additional & Advance Settings” link and click on it.
You will be presented with some additional options for this list. Towards the bottom of these options, you will see two fields: the “Subscription notification email” and the “Unsubscription notification email” fields. To activate notification on Subscription and Unsubscription, simply add an email address to each field you wish to have notification for. You could also add multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma.
