Real Estate: Update Stage When Calendly Appointment Made

ActiveCampaign

When a contact makes an appointment, what does that mean?

Depending on the meeting type, it can say a lot. The contact could be setting up their first touch appointment with your team to listen to options and start their housing search. Or if they are booking your Calendly appointment for final negotiations, then you know they are close to the end of your pipeline and have their dream home in mind. Automating this process can remove one more task from your to do list.

This automation is triggered by Calendly's powerful integration with ActiveCampaign. Once a Calendly meeting is received, your contact will be sent a message confirming the appointment and thanking them. Their deal will then be moved to the appropriate stage in your pipeline.

Here's how this automation works:
1. The contact enters the automation when their Calendly Meeting is received.
2. The contact is sent an email thanking them for setting up the appointment.
3. The contact then arrives at a Move Deal Stage action and has their deal record moved to the specified stage.

Note: Since Calendly allows you to build out different meeting types and links, you can use different instances of this automation in your process to automate moving the deal stage depending on the meeting set up.
