Postmark + Mollie: Subscription Canceled

When running a subscription based company, it’s vital to track who’s canceled their subscription for your reporting and to communicate this with the user, so they know their cancellation request has gone through. Creating a seamless process makes a good customer experience and provides an easy way for the contact to resubscribe later. ActiveCampaign makes this easy with our powerful integrations with Postmark and Mollie.

This automation is triggered when a “subscription canceled” event is recorded in Mollie. The contact is then sent an email from Postmark. Before importing this recipe, you’ll need to integrate your Postmark account, integrate your Mollie account, and design your email campaign in the Templates section of ActiveCampaign.

Here’s how Postmark + Mollie: Subscription Canceled works:
1. The contact enters the automation when a “subscription canceled” event is sent from Mollie.
2, The contact arrives at a “Send a transactional email” step and is sent a transactional email.
3. The contact exits the automation.
