Stay organized and on top of follow-up for your open deals with the Email Follow-Up Reminder Automation Recipe. When you get an email from an open-deal contact that requires a follow-up, this automation creates a task that reminds you to reply.
Before you import this automation recipe, you'll need to connect your email account (Settings > Deals > Add IMAP Account).
Here's how the email follow-up reminder automation works:
1. The contact sends an email: When a contact replies to any personal email and has an open deal status, this automation is triggered.
2. A task is created to send a reminder: When the automation is triggered, it adds an "Email" task to the contact's open deal. This sends a reminder to the deal owner on your team to remind them to follow-up.
3. Automation ends: Once the reminder is sent to your team member, the automation ends.
