Following up with prospects and renewals of leads and contacts are critical to our business. Active Campaigns has been helpful in the segregation of leads and customers in an easy manner by adding tags and also by setting up of Automations and Tasks for follow-ups. Once the leads are contacted and the status of the leads is updated, we then go ahead and update the leads accordingly.

We have an automation set up as Renewals, this helps us reach out to leads as early as 45 days before the renewal date, and we get notified via email. Once the follow-up and the status of renewal are confirmed, we go ahead and update these leads accordingly. This automation helps us be on top of the leads and renewals.
