Zest4life supports and inspires nutrition professionals to build successful practices. We are a team of 12 nutrition business mentors who provide training and coaching to nutrition business owners.

Tell us about your customers:

Our customers are nutritionists and health coaches who are starting, or want to grow, their own nutrition practices.

Favorite thing about ActiveCampaign:

Our favorite thing about ActiveCampaign is that we have been able to integrate lots of disparate systems that did not talk to each other into one customer relationship management system. Previously we were using lots of separate tools including our website, email provider, appointment booking system, and many different spreadsheets to manage our customers. Now we have one source of truth about our customers, can see all their touchpoints with our business, and can quickly produce meaningful management reporting. 

We have also been able to set up a sales pipeline so that our sales team can nurture and develop the customer relationship. This integrates easily with Acuity which we use to book sales team appointments and automatically transfers over all the data about the customer into ActiveCampaign. 

Dreams for your business in the next 1 year:

Next, we are looking to build a renewals pipeline in ActiveCampaign so that we can more proactively manage the relationship with our customers when they come to the end of their membership.
