Did you know you can use personalization tags to pre-populate form fields with the individual contact information you already have on record?
This is a useful practice if you’re using a two-step form, or a subscription update form to ensure the contact information you have is up-to-date.
Pre-populated form fields are useful because:

  • They simplify the form submission process for contacts
  • They reduce errors
  • Contacts can see the information you have on record, such as their email address or phone number, and update any out-of-date information
