Make it easy for contacts to manage their subscriptions by including a “Manage subscriptions” link in the footer of your campaign and automation emails.
By letting contacts see and update their list subscriptions whenever they like, you improve the customer experience, and may see higher engagement and deliverability rates as a result.
To set up this process:
- Create a Subscription Preferences form containing a custom field that asks contacts which list(s) they would like to subscribe to.
- Create an automation that checks each option a contact marked on your form, then subscribes or unsubscribes them based on their preferences.
- Include a link to the Subscription Preferences form in the footer of all of your campaign and automation emails.
