If you know who your most and least engaged contacts are, you can use that information to further tailor your communications to those groups. We recommend making engagement tracking one of the first processes you set up in your ActiveCampaign account, so you can begin collecting that data right away.
To do this, you can use the two-part engagement tagging automation recipe located in your ActiveCampaign account to apply Engaged, Disengaged, and Inactive tags to your contacts.
You can then use those tags to create advanced searches, build segments, trigger other automations, and more!
