Did you know you can see exactly where a contact is currently at in an automation?
A visual representation of a contact’s journey through your automation is useful when you want to push them to another action manually. The visual allows you to easily find the action they’re currently at, so you can move them wherever they need to be.
To view a contact’s path in an automation, simply open the contact record and select the automation.
Click the View button, and you’ll be directed to a visual representation of the contact’s path:
