New feature: Save Email Content For Quick & Easy Reuse

Do you have portions of your emails that you reuse frequently?
For instance, an offer you display often or a signature you end your emails with?
Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a way to save these blocks, with all their content, formatting, and settings, so that you could quickly drag-and-drop them into your campaigns as needed?

Introducing the Content Library…

This feature will speed up the campaign creation process and help keep your formatting consistent across campaigns.

Using saved content…

When you have a block you’d like to save, click on its gear icon to open the content block settings menu. Click “Save to Content Library” and give the block a clear name that will jog your memory later:

Example uses…

You might create content blocks for:

  • Your email signature
  • Your logo
  • Email header image
  • A “new products” or “on sale” section
  • Recent blog posts
  • Ongoing offers
  • An “email body” block that saves the font, font size, spacing, and other settings.

This feature is part of the Form Builder update we announced yesterday. This update will be slowly rolled out to all accounts over the course of the next few weeks.
