WooCommerce: A more seamless experience

  • Save and trigger Abandoned Cart events for pre-registered WooCommerce users that haven’t added their email address during checkout.
  • Contacts are now automatically created in ActiveCampaign when customers register in a WooCommerce store.
  • The new admin status page gives you more transparency into the customer & support teams when troubleshooting

Salesforce: Deeper insights into your integration

  • Better understand how your integration is being used from within Salesforce with updates to the Health Dashboard displaying new CXA Component usage.

Zapier: Get even more value from the fields you’ve created

  • Access your Deal Custom Fields while configuring Zaps. We have also expanded our ability to retrieve fields from the ActiveCampaign Deal object for the following Zapier Triggers/Actions:
    • New Deal Created/Updated Trigger
    • Find Deal Search Action
    • Find Deal Owner Search Action
    • Create New Deal Action

Zendesk: Orchestrate data in a more flexible way

  • You can now use the Zendesk Sell CX App to push ActiveCampaign contacts to Zendesk Sell Contacts (in addition to Zendesk Sell Leads).
