Since launching ActiveCampaign, we have been focused on providing continual value to the growing businesses that we serve.
We work to deliver value via our platform and our customer facing teams who work each day to ensure our customers are successful. And with both, we continue to iterate and find ways to improve.
Today, more than 50% of our customers are based outside the US. While we’ve been able to support our customers with a team primarily based in our Chicago headquarters, we know that we’ve only scratched the surface and can provide an even better experience by setting up a local office in Sydney. This will enable us to to better serve Australia along with the entire APAC region.
We’re committed to making a large investment in this office in 2018 and plan on hiring over 50 people within our first year. This new team will initially include Support, Customer Success, and Sales employees. We’ll be opening the office in Q3 and are already talking to talented people who are looking to join ActiveCampaign.
