Announcing ActiveCampaign Office Hours

Today we’re releasing a brand new resource for our users. ActiveCampaign Office Hours are an opportunity for you to get your most burning questions answered by our team.

Twice a week, we’ll be available to answer your questions, what ever they are:

  • When’s the best time for a B2B business to send campaigns?
  • I only have two hours a week to spend on marketing. Where should I invest it?
  • What new features is ActiveCampaign planning?
  • How can I improve my marketing with the new Split testing action?
  • What’s the best way to design an automation that only delivers messages Monday through Friday?

Literally ask us anything. These are laid-back Q&A sessions. It’s your time. Whatever you’re working on, whatever you’re curious about, whatever you need, we’re going to help you, twice a week. I think you’re going to enjoy these informal sessions and learn a lot.

Here is the schedule so far:

  • Monday January 30th @ 10AM CST
  • Friday February 3rd @ 1PM CST
  • Tuesday February 7th @ 10AM CST

To schedule your Office Hours now, head on over to the newly redesigned training center, scroll to the bottom, select the time you’re interested in, and then click the blue “Register” button:

As questions come up, schedule for the next Office Hours and you’re set. You’ll get an email reminder one hour before it starts so you don’t forget.

The formation of the Education team represented a shift in focus for us. While up to that point we’d done our best to put out helpful, informative content, there wasn’t anyone available to focus solely on that. Realizing the importance of in-depth resources for our users, we quickly scaled the team. Today, the education team regularly publishes guides in our Education Center and Chris puts out a new podcast weekly.

If you haven’t already, I highly recommend subscribing to the Education Center so that you’re notified of new in-depth guides on various features and functionality, new walkthrough videos, and other resources, as we release them. They’re putting out some fantastic stuff there.
