Introducing the ActiveCampaign Community

Introducing the ActiveCampaign Community

Where can you go to talk to experts who can help grow your business, learn more about how to use ActiveCampaign, stay on top of the latest updates, and join a community of people like you?

One of the most amazing parts of having over 130,000 customers in 170 countries is that we get to see the inventiveness, resourcefulness, and ingenuity of people who manage growing businesses. Now, in the new ActiveCampaign community, it will be easier than ever for you to connect with other people and grow.

With the new ActiveCampaign community, you get access to a group of people who can answer your questions, share advice, and help you get the most out of your experience with ActiveCampaign. You’ll also get a refreshed interface, educational resources, and documentation that helps you find answers to your questions quickly.

This walkthrough of the new forum shows exactly what you get in the community — and introduces you to some of the ActiveCampaign team you’ll interact with.

What is the ActiveCampaign community?

The ActiveCampaign community is a collection of resources and people that help growing businesses build better customer experiences. We come together in this space to support each other, share learnings, and advance our knowledge through peer-to-peer discussions.

In the past, the ActiveCampaign community has been focused on Facebook and Slack groups. With this new community, we’re expanding to a more unified experience. When you visit the new ActiveCampaign forum, you’ll now have quick and easy access to:

  • A revamped, redesigned, easy to use discussion forum to ask questions
  • Help documentation that shows you the nuts and bolts of ActiveCampaign
  • Information about ActiveCampaign partner and affiliate programs
  • Educational resources that help you build a customer experience automation strategy for your business

The new community forum will feature more of the ActiveCampaign team, more ActiveCampaign users like you — and new badges and opportunities to earn points by participating in discussions and asking questions.

How can you participate in the ActiveCampaign community?

Good news! If you’re signed into your ActiveCampaign account, you’re automatically signed in to the ActiveCampaign community (if you need help, you can follow the step-by step instructions in this post.

You can access your ActiveCampaign account here — and if you don’t have an account yet, you can start a free trial (which grants community access) here.

Once you’re logged in, you can comment, ask questions, start discussions, earn badges, rack up  points, and generally chat about growing your business.

Right now participation in the community is available to anyone with an ActiveCampaign account — but even non-ActiveCampaign users can browse to see if their questions have been asked already.

In the future, the community will be where you get the latest updates about new ActiveCampaign features, hear news about the latest events, and get access to exclusive educational resources only available to members.

But for right now, the best place for you to start is this post. Come on in and introduce yourself!
