Back in November, we released permissions for automations, and we’re happy to announce that we’ve updated the functionality to include individual automation permissions. With this new release, admins will be able to manage access to individual automations.
Our original permissions work enabled admins to manage access to all automations, but the functionality to do it on an individual automation level wasn’t available.
Now, admins will be able to manage access on a per-automation basis. Since managing every single user’s permission could easily become tedious, this release also allows admins to manage individual automation access on a group level.
In order to set permissions:
- Navigate to the individual automation for which you’d like to set permissions
- Select the drop-down on the right side of the automation
- Select “Permissions” from the drop-down
Once you’ve arrived at the permissions drop-down, you can decide which groups or individuals you’d like to either grant or deny access.
This feature is currently live, and if you have any questions about how to use it, you can either comment below or contact support.
