Improved Batchbook Importing

If you haven’t used our Batchbook importer lately, it was improved recently to allow access to the new version of Batchbook, and contains additional filters to narrow down the data you want to import into ActiveCampaign.
You can choose which Batchbook version you are accessing from a drop-down selector:

Then supply any filters (choose a specific Batchbook company you want to import, or leave it on “All”):

You can then map Batchbook field data into ActiveCampaign fields. For example, below we map the name, email, and Batchbook tags:

Once the data is in ActiveCampaign, you can easily segment your lists to send emails to certain Batchbook contacts. For example, below we have a segment set up to find Batchbook subscribers that are tagged “conference.”

Your segments can contain any number of criteria so you can very easily connect your marketing campaigns to specific Batchbook contacts.
Once your new subscribers receive your email campaign, they can interact by clicking links and sharing to social networks. These interactions are all saved in ActiveCampaign so you can continue to fine-tune your marketing efforts by segmenting to only those that opened the email message, clicked a certain link, shared to a certain social network, etc.
You can even use a tool like Zapier to share data back to your Batchbook customer database, creating a complete sync that can truly power your business relationships.
We are always looking for ways to improve our integrations, so you have ideas on how to make your Batchbook and ActiveCampaign experience even better, please let us know!
