With the native Lead Ads integration, newly generated leads sync directly to your CRM, so your sales and marketing teams can take immediate action.
This means you no longer have to leverage third party tools like Zapier or enter leads manually. Which is great news because the longer you wait to follow up with a new lead, the less likely that lead is to convert.
With ActiveCampaign and Lead Ads, you can automate the creation of new contacts or update an existing contact every time a lead ads form is filled out and then easily add that lead to an automation.
Aside from contact info (name, phone number, email, etc.), any additional information captured in the form will be stored within the Custom Object section of the contact record. You can also select which form fields are mapped to regular and custom contact fields. You’ll have a full historic record of all the forms a contact has filled out over time whether that be a resource they’ve downloaded or an event they’ve registered for.
With a complete picture of the relationship you have with a contact you’ll be able to automate the most relevant, 1:1 customer experiences possible. And best of all, contacts that submit these lead forms are expressing interest in your business and effectively opting in to receive more information from you across all of your channels and campaigns.
