ActiveCampaign Celebrates 150,000 Customers (A Thank You)

Today, ActiveCampaign celebrates 150,000 customers.

This is a major milestone and the best possible way we could celebrate is to simply say thank you and keep our eye on doing what we can to help you grow. 

This last year in particular has been challenging for growing businesses. A pandemic, economic hardship, and the ever-present struggles that come with growth have reared their heads, and many businesses have been forced to adapt. 

In our recent survey of 500 businesses, nearly 70% of companies that grew over the past year changed their business model in some form — whether that meant moving services online, targeting different customers, or building a hybrid model with in-person and online services.  Our goal is to be your partner through this change, ensuring your company stands out from all the noise as you build relationships with your customers. 

Watching businesses adapt to a difficult year has been at times hard, but always inspiring. I wanted to briefly share the stories of three customers who have inspired me. 

  • Based in Washington D.C., Uplift, is a holistic fitness and health center that started in 2016. When physical locations started to close, Uplift founder and head coach Nancy Townsend launched a virtual training platform. Since combining ActiveCampaign with Salesforce Essentials, she’s been able to grow her revenue over 300% and pivot her business online.
  • Your Therapy Source is your online resource for special education, pediatric occupational, and physical therapy publications. Online demand skyrocketed during COVID-19. Using ActiveCampaign, owner Margaret Rice combines landing pages, Conversations, ecommerce integrations, and automation to get full visibility into her marketing efforts and their impact on sales — which gives her insight into the resources her customers need, driving the direction of content creation. One weekly email automation alone accounts for 50% of Your Therapy Source’s revenue. 
  • Hipcooks mission is to “excite & empower our students to go to their kitchens & create.” With 7 brick and mortar locations at the beginning of COVID, founder Monika Reti was forced to move online. That meant changing business models and figuring out how to connect new technology — like, Wave, and Google order forms — but Monika has been able to book up to 80 virtual classes per month using ActiveCampaign, and the business will make it through the pandemic.
