Employee Resource Groups
Our eight employee-led ERGs support community engagement for employees of similar identities and shared lived experiences. They are a driving force for effecting organizational change, fostering relationships and mentorship, and cultivate our culture of inclusion.
Guest Speaker Series
We host a regular guest speaker series, ActivePerspectives, to bring unique voices and perspectives to the team and discuss topics related to our values.

Ongoing DEI Education
Our DEI Learning Pathway encourages everyone at ActiveCampaign to show up every day asking themselves, “What can I do to foster a culture of belonging?”
All new employees participate in an inclusion-focused onboarding experience, and we require all managers to complete a series of interactive training focused on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
All employees have access to a library of resources that builds knowledge, drives action, and creates meaningful dialogue related to DEI at ActiveCampaign.

Our Current DEI Metrics
Based on our most recent Employee Self‑Identification survey, here’s how the team feels:
of employees feel like they belong

In addition to our employees feeling like they belong, it’s also important the team sees themselves reflected across the organization

of our senior leaders identify as people of color
of our people managers identify as people of color
