Whether you’re a new hire or a senior agent, all team members are encouraged to ask questions and share knowledge. If any nugget of information is uncovered that can improve a customer’s experience with ActiveCampaign this team will “replicate and escalate” so knowledge is shared across the broader team.

Celebrate the HEROs
Every quarter our Support team distributes “HERO” recognition awards to individuals who exemplify one of 4 categories: Helpful, Empathy, Remarkable, Open. Support ‘Heros’ are recognized by a mix of peer and manager nominations and individual performance and gives the team an opportunity to recognize each other’s work.
When you need that final jolt of energy to get you through the day, this team will have tunes on standby. Team DJ’d Zoom sessions allow in office and remote team members to power through the day with playlist themes like “90s emo.” You also don’t want to miss ‘Fry-days’ when massive amounts of french fries from various restaurants flood the office for all to enjoy!
