This team is ‘Creating Wow’ at every customer touchpoint. Our Success team works with customers on a daily basis to help them learn, adopt and find success with ActiveCampaign. If there is any bump in the road to success for our customers, this team wants to know so they can iterate and improve, and always find the right solution for our customers.
Collaboration is key
From creating a help article on the education team, to migrating over contacts on the implementation team, there are a lot of moving pieces to our Success Team. This team works closely together to find answers, create inventive solutions for our customers, and improve overall processes. Everyone across this team is constantly working to put our customers first and create an amazing customer experience.
Be a chameleon
We have a diverse customer base with different use cases, needs and goals. The Success team works with each customer to create a customized strategy so they can grow their business and accomplish their goals. This team is constantly adapting behind the scenes to exceed the expectations of our customers and create personalized experiences.

The greatest reward for our Success team is seeing the success of our customers, but this team also loves to celebrate each other’s successes. Teamwork is an essential skill on the Success team, so when someone has a win, it probably took a village to make that win happen and this team celebrates as such.
